Job Responsibility:
Complete MSL onboarding and all educational/training programs
Execute US Medical Strategy through completion of aligned medical objectives and tactics
Identify key opinion leaders (KOLs) in the therapeutic area
Establish and maintain relationships with KOLs and other relevant healthcare providers
Conduct and/or aid in development of approved medical/scientific programs
Raise awareness of Hansa and research endeavors by engaging in scientific exchange
Gather and deliver medical insights to the broader matrix team
Support Professional Congress/Meeting Plans
Conduct internal disease state education, product education, and/or other clinical/scientific training programs
Actively provide scientific support/education for matrix team initiatives
Provide healthcare professionals with accurate, balanced, and timely responses to unsolicited requests for information
Coordinate with Clinical Research and Development and Clinical Operations to support recruitment for research protocols
Facilitate submission of Investigator Initiated Studies (IISs)
Continue to develop knowledge of the therapeutic area
Requirements:
Doctorate level degree in medical field or research required
3-5 years of industry experience in field medical affairs and/or clinical experience in transplantation/immunology preferred
Ability to travel frequently is required (minimum 60% travel/week)
Effective presentation, written, and oral communication skills required
Ability to educate and deliver complex, scientific information with ease is required
Ability to collaborate across diverse teams and adapt to a multicultural environment is required
