Job Description:

The Robert Half Healthcare Practice is working with an Indianapolis healthcare network to add a Medical Scheduler to their team. Following a 2-3 week onsite training, this will be a primarily remote position. The ideal candidate must have strong communication and customer service skills.

Job Responsibility:

Manages Patient Appointments
Patient Liaison
Maintains Patient Records
Optimizes Provider Schedules
Handles Referrals
Performs Clerical Support
Facilitates Patient Flow
Ensures Confidentiality

Requirements:

Medical Terminology knowledge
Understanding of Medical Insurance
Customer Service Experience (with phone experience)
EPIC experience a plus

Nice to have:

EPIC experience
