Medical Scheduler

• Coordinate daily schedules for the nursing team across three locations
• Verify and validate schedules ensuring compliance with budgetary requirements and organizational guidelines
• Track attendance and maintain accurate records
• Utilize available resources and technology including Outlook to streamline scheduling tasks
• Follow up promptly on scheduling conflicts or changes
• Ensure patient appointments are scheduled accurately and efficiently
• Collaborate with team members to address scheduling challenges and optimize workflow
• Maintain professionalism and attention to detail when managing multiple tasks
• Communicate effectively with patients and staff to confirm appointments and resolve inquiries
• Support payroll processing by ensuring accurate documentation of hours worked

• Proven experience in patient scheduling or similar roles
• Strong ability to prioritize tasks
• Proficiency in Outlook and related scheduling software
• Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills to manage complex schedules
• Ability to multitask effectively while maintaining high levels of accuracy
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact with patients and staff
• Proactive problem-solving abilities to address scheduling conflicts and challenges
• Commitment to maintaining a detail-oriented appearance and demeanor in an onsite environment

Familiarity with payroll systems such as ADP
