Medical Scheduler

• Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring clear communication and minimal conflicts
• Manage interview schedules and inform all parties (candidates, hiring managers, interviewers) of relevant details (times, locations, virtual links)
• Serve as the main point of contact for candidates, providing interview details and ensuring a positive experience
• Assist with job posting coordination, application reviews, and connecting candidates with interviewers
• Prepare interview participants by sending reminders and confirming details
• Maintain accurate records of interview schedules and candidate communications in the ATS
• Send confirmation emails to candidates and gather feedback after interviews.

• High school diploma required
• bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Admin, or related field preferred
• 1-2 years of experience in scheduling, administrative support, or HR functions preferred
• Familiarity with ATS and HR software is a plus
• Strong organizational, time-management, and multitasking skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and/or Google Workspace.

Familiarity with ATS and HR software.
