Medical Sales

• Achieve sales, productivity, and performance targets within set budgets and time lines
• Develop and execute business plans, including customer events, sales and marketing campaigns, and presentations to meet objectives
• Provide support for key accounts and hospital networks, including market access and referral networks
• Maintain a deep understanding of priority products and the competitive landscape, enhancing knowledge of product strategy, positioning, and key messaging
• Meet contact, coverage, and frequency targets through various communication channels
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and build strong customer relationships
• Complete all reports accurately and on time
• Address inquiries and complaints promptly and professionally, following company procedures
• Foster a collaborative environment within the Sales and Marketing team to achieve collective goals
• Contribute to the effective use of promotional funds and assist in territory sales forecasting
• Adhere to all adverse event guidelines and the Code of Conduct as established by Novartis, demonstrating appropriate behaviour in line with company practices

• University degree in Life Sciences related
• Experience of health-care network will be a plus
• Proactive attitude, problem solver and good communication skills
