Job Responsibility:
Planning and executing call cycles on target physicians (Cardiologists, Pathologists, Diabetologists), utilizing the company's CRM to meet individual and organizational business objectives
Maintaining excellent long-term relationships with customers through a highly professional approach, in line with the company’s high standards of ethics and integrity
Attending Medical Congresses, scientific events, and liaising effectively with healthcare professionals (HCPs)
Collaborating closely at Business Unit and account team level, sharing vital information and insights on customer/patient needs and market trends
Implementing effectively the assigned marketing initiatives and the overall CVS Business Unit strategy
Promoting and expanding the company’s awareness and professional image to all HCPs
Supporting the assessment of any new product and new project by providing key feedback from stakeholders
Requirements:
Minimum of 5 years in pharmaceutical sales
At least 3 years of consistent experience in the CVS therapeutic area
Bachelor’s degree in Life Science (e.g., Biology, Pharmacy, Chemistry, or a related field)
Strong documented Franchise & deep knowledge of Cardiologists and related specialists (e.g., Diabetologists, Nephrologists) in both Hospital and Public Sector
PC literacy (Windows, MS Office)
Ability to identify and capitalize on business opportunities
Availability for business travels outside the Attica region
Strong communication and presentation skills
Positive attitude, agility, solution focus mindset, and result orientation
