Job Responsibility:
Strategic Territory Management: Drive monthly and quarterly volume and acquisition targets across Johor region through the development and execution of comprehensive regional sales plans
Market Expansion & Penetration: Identify and capitalize on growth opportunities by introducing new products to existing accounts and aggressively penetrating untapped market segments
Relationship & Brand Advocacy: Build and maintain strong professional relationships with healthcare providers and stakeholders through expert product knowledge and the ethical use of promotional materials
Data-Driven Reporting: Maintain rigorous documentation of daily field activities, competitor intelligence, and customer feedback to inform corrective actions and strategic pivots
Requirements:
Bachelor degree or Diploma in any Science disciplines
1–2 years of experience within the pharmaceutical sector is a strong advantage
Possession of a valid driving license is required
A self-motivated and energetic professional with exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities
