Job Responsibility:
Strategic Territory Management: Drive the growth of our pharmaceutical portfolio by detailing and promoting products to key stakeholders across Government and Private Hospitals
Sales Execution & Growth: Execute high-impact sales and marketing initiatives aligned with corporate objectives to consistently meet and exceed regional sales targets
Relationship Excellence: Cultivate and maintain long-term partnerships with healthcare professionals and medical specialists through superior customer service and data-driven market development
Medical Engagement & Education: Represent the company at Continuous Medical Education (CME) events and industry activities to strengthen our clinical presence and bridge the gap between medical professionals and our brand
Requirements:
Possess a science-related degree or a minimum of a Diploma in a Science discipline
Minimum 1–3 years of proven experience in the pharmaceutical sector
Specific preference for candidates who have managed hospital channels
Exceptional proficiency in English
Ability to work independently, innovate, and maintain a self-motivated, action-oriented approach to sales targets
A positive team player
Possessing a valid driver’s license and own transport for frequent travel within the assigned territory
