Territory Business Manager to reinforce our sales department, promoting and selling Flen Health products in the Rhine-Main/Rhineland-Palatinate region. Main contacts will be wound-care professionals in the community, medical supply retailers & home care services.
Job Responsibility:
Represent our products and manage the sales for your territory
Take ownership of your region: think about innovation, new business opportunities, customer needs, market trends, competitor practices to develop a relevant sales strategy
Maintain a strategic business plan aligned with the best practices and standards
Realize all sales activities from the introduction of new products to presentation and training to customers
Be the primary contact for the KOLs in your region to build a long-term relationship
Act as Flen Health's brand ambassador and represent Flen Health at relevant conferences, congresses and trade fairs
Ensure our CRM system is maintained in line with company standards
Work in close cooperation with the Marketing and Medical departments and achieve goals together
Requirements:
Paramedical or Nurse degree or equivalent based on relevant experience
Initial experience in a similar position in a medical or pharmaceutical environment
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Strong customer focus and entrepreneurial spirit
Data savvy and comfortable with numbers
Ability to effectively use Microsoft Office, CRM system and Showpad
Native German speaker with a good level of English
Valid Driving License
