Job Responsibility
Territory Strategy & Execution: Efficiently manage daily field visits and schedules to maximize reach among healthcare providers while maintaining operational cost-effectiveness based in Melaka region
Sales Growth & Account Acquisition: Consistently hit annual revenue targets by identifying new business opportunities and deepening product adoption within hospitals and clinics
Clinical Advocacy & Education: Organize and conduct professional promotional events, such as CMEs and technical presentations, to align healthcare professionals with brand objectives
Market Insights & Client Relations: Build strong rapport with physicians through responsive service while delivering real-time feedback on competitor moves and market shifts to leadership.
Requirements
Bachelor degree in any Science disciplines
Minimum 1–2 years of experience within the pharmaceutical sector is a strong advantage. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply!
Possession of a valid driving license is required for this role
