Job Responsibility
Strategic Territory Management: Execute daily field calls and optimized itineraries to ensure comprehensive coverage of healthcare providers while maintaining cost and time efficiency based in Johor region
Sales & Market Expansion: Drive the achievement of annual sales targets by securing new accounts and increasing product penetration across hospitals and clinics within the assigned territory
Scientific Promotion & Engagement: Plan and deliver high-impact ethical promotional activities, including CMEs and product presentations, to educate healthcare professionals and meet business unit objectives
Market Intelligence & Relationship Building: Provide exceptional customer service by addressing physician queries effectively and reporting critical updates on competitor activity and market trends to management
Requirements
Bachelor degree in any Science disciplines
Minimum 1–2 years of experience within the pharmaceutical sector is a strong advantage. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply!
Possession of a valid driving license is required for this role
