Job Responsibility
Achieve targeted sales growth within the assigned territory by executing strategic marketing plans and promoting specialized pharmaceutical products to public and private healthcare providers across Johor, Melaka & Negeri Sembilan regions
Conduct medical presentations and lead a high volume of scientific marketing events
Build strong rapport with healthcare professionals, identify and cultivate relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs), and maintain a structured call rate across tiered customer categories
Actively gather and share timely field feedback, competitor insights, and strategic recommendations to help shape regional marketing and sales strategies
Submit precise territory action plans, sales forecasts, and call reports on time, while executing all field activities in strict compliance with company policies and local regulatory standards
Requirements
Bachelor degree in any Science disciplines
Minimum 1-2 years of experience within pharmaceutical sales industry. Fresh graduates are also welcome to apply!
Proven track record of hitting sales targets and cultivating strong client relationships within the pharmaceuticals or healthcare sector
Willingness and flexibility to travel frequently across the assigned territory
