Job Responsibility
Sales & Territory Management: Drive sales growth and achieve targets across assigned retail pharmacy territories through strategic planning, efficient call scheduling, and optimal customer coverage across Johor region
Pharmacist Relationship & Training: Build strong partnerships with independent pharmacists and major chains, providing product training to staff to drive brand awareness and recommendations
Trade Execution & Visibility: Ensure excellent product visibility and display at the outlet level, executing marketing campaigns and actively tracking stock availability to prevent out-of-stock scenarios
Market Activation: Engage pharmacists and healthcare professionals through product updates and targeted promotional activities to boost market presence
Market Intelligence: Monitor competitor activities including pricing, promotions, and campaigns and provide timely feedback to management to support strategic business decisions
Requirements
Bachelor degree in any Science disciplines
Minimum 1-2 years of experience within pharmaceutical and healthcare sectors
Demonstrates a strong ability to consistently achieve sales goals and effectively manage territory-specific customer relationships
Willingness and flexibility to travel frequently across the assigned territory
