Job Responsibility
Drive Revenue & Growth: Manage sales opportunities within our existing customer base while aggressively developing new business to consistently meet and exceed company sales targets, covering both Central and Northern regions
Cultivate Key Relationships: Maintain a strong, professional presence in the field through regular visits and prompt, excellent communication with vital healthcare stakeholders
Promote Product Excellence: Utilize deep product knowledge to increase usage, encourage repeat purchases, and support the marketing team with vital market surveys for both current and upcoming product lines
Deliver Market Intelligence: Monitor and report on competitor activities and shifting market dynamics to ensure our strategic approach remains highly competitive
Execute Strategic Reporting: Manage administrative duties efficiently, including updating customer master lists, collaborating on field work with supervisors, and submitting monthly sales reports and itinerary call plans on time
Requirements
Bachelor degree in any Science disciplines
Minimum 1-2 years of experience within pharmaceutical sales industry
Familiarity in dermatology portfolio is preferred
Ability to persuade and align stakeholders with conflicting priorities
