Job Responsibility
Strategic Territory Management: Develop and execute tailored territory business plans using customer segmentation to align product offerings with the right patient channels across Central region
Sales Performance & Growth: Conduct regular, high-quality field visits to build strong customer relationships, maximize sales volume, and grow market share
Commercial Execution & Detailing: Deliver professional, scientific product detailing and leverage promotional materials to differentiate products and boost customer awareness
Product & Market Expertise: Maintain deep knowledge of priority products, therapeutic areas, competitor activity, and market dynamics to optimize sales positioning
Compliance & Reporting: Ensure all sales activities strictly comply with industry regulations, ethical promotion standards, and pharmacovigilance (adverse event) reporting
Requirements
Bachelor degree in any Science disciplines
Minimum 1-2 years of experience within pharmaceutical and consumer healthcare sectors
Demonstrates a strong ability to consistently achieve sales goals and effectively manage territory-specific customer relationships
Willingness and flexibility to travel frequently across the assigned territory
