Job Responsibility

  • Strategic Territory Management: Develop and execute tailored territory business plans using customer segmentation to align product offerings with the right patient channels across Central region
  • Sales Performance & Growth: Conduct regular, high-quality field visits to build strong customer relationships, maximize sales volume, and grow market share
  • Commercial Execution & Detailing: Deliver professional, scientific product detailing and leverage promotional materials to differentiate products and boost customer awareness
  • Product & Market Expertise: Maintain deep knowledge of priority products, therapeutic areas, competitor activity, and market dynamics to optimize sales positioning
  • Compliance & Reporting: Ensure all sales activities strictly comply with industry regulations, ethical promotion standards, and pharmacovigilance (adverse event) reporting

Requirements

  • Bachelor degree in any Science disciplines
  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience within pharmaceutical and consumer healthcare sectors
  • Demonstrates a strong ability to consistently achieve sales goals and effectively manage territory-specific customer relationships
  • Willingness and flexibility to travel frequently across the assigned territory
