Job Responsibility

Listen carefully to the recordings to understand the clinical context, including symptoms, diagnoses, treatments, prescriptions, and other relevant details
Review and correct the AI-generated medical facts: Confirm correct and relevant information
Flag or remove any facts that are irrelevant, incorrect, or not inferable from the audio
Add any missing facts that are clinically important but not captured by the AI
Correct any errors, inconsistencies, or formatting issues according to Electronic Health Record (EHR) best practices
Ensure clarity, precision, and proper formatting of all content
Use the comment section to document any uncertainty or inaudible content
