Job Responsibility

  • Case Management: Reviewing and resolving medical review cases with high accuracy, ensuring compliance with legislative guidelines and internal policies
  • Clinical Interpretation: Assessing complex health information and documentation to provide clear, actionable advice to stakeholders
  • Logistics & Coordination: Supporting the "on-the-road" team by scheduling driving tests across Victoria—managing everything from travel logistics and accommodation to interpreter services
  • Communication: Crafting clear, empathetic, and professional correspondence for customers, making complex decisions easy to understand
  • Continuous Improvement: Identifying ways to sharpen our processes and enhance the service we provide to the Victorian community
