We are currently seeking a Medical Research Representative/Dietary Aid to join our diverse and dynamic team. As a Dietary Aid at ICON, you will play a vital role in maintaining a clean and safe environment for our employees and visitors.

Job Responsibility:

  • Performing routine cleaning tasks such as sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and dusting
  • Emptying trash receptacles and disposing of waste in accordance with established procedures
  • Cleaning and sanitizing restrooms, break rooms, and other common areas
  • Monitoring and replenishing cleaning supplies and reporting any maintenance issues
  • Assisting with setup and cleanup for special events or meetings as needed

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required
  • Prior/current experience in food service, healthcare, or structured environment preferred
  • Ability to follow safety and sanitation protocols
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to follow written instructions and adhere to structured processes
  • Basic proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel (general computer literacy)
  • Ability to learn and navigate electronic systems, logs, and templates
  • Willingness to learn clinical study protocols, and patient timelines (meal timing, fasting requirements)
  • Ability to support clinical floor operations (transporting samples, tracking meals)
