Job Responsibility:
Develop and execute territory plans to meet and exceed sales and engagement objectives
Build and maintain professional relationships with doctors, pharmacists, nurses, and other health care professionals
Share clear, evidence-based clinical information during customer conversations
Capture and report customer insights to improve local plans and service
Collaborate with cross-functional colleagues to deliver practical solutions that create value for patients and customers
Keep accurate territory records and report activities through company systems
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in life sciences, pharmacy, nursing, business, or a related field
Minimum one year of experience in field sales, medical representation, or territory management
Experience in a pharmaceutical or healthcare sales environment
Strong verbal and written communication skills
able to explain clinical information simply
Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel regularly within the assigned territory
Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint or similar tools
Nice to have:
Ability to interpret clinical studies and explain findings in simple terms
Experience engaging with a wide range of health care professionals across settings
Confidence leading small group meetings or educational sessions
High learning agility and strong commercial awareness
Fluency in English plus one or more Philippine languages or dialects
Strong planning, organisation, and time management skills
