Job Description

You will represent GSK in the Philippines as a Medical Representative. You will build trusted, professional relationships with healthcare professionals and share clear, evidence-based clinical information. You will plan and grow your territory, gather customer insights, and work closely with colleagues across functions. We value curiosity, reliability, and a drive to learn. Job Responsibility

  • Plan and execute territory activities to achieve sales and engagement goals
  • Hold regular, professional visits and discussions with doctors, pharmacists, nurses, and other healthcare professionals
  • Share clear, evidence-based clinical information tailored to each customer’s needs
  • Capture and report customer insights, treatment patterns, and activity outcomes accurately and on time
  • Work closely with colleagues from medical, marketing, and sales operations to deliver practical solutions for patients and customers
  • Maintain accurate records and use company systems for reporting and tracking activities

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in life sciences, pharmacy, nursing, business, or a related field
  • Minimum one year of experience in field sales, medical representation, or territory management
  • Experience in a pharmaceutical or healthcare sales environment
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
  • Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel regularly within the assigned territory
  • Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and comfortable learning digital tools

Nice to have

  • Ability to interpret clinical studies and explain findings in simple, practical terms
  • Experience engaging with a wide range of healthcare professionals across different settings
  • Confidence leading small group or educational sessions
  • High learning agility and strong commercial awareness
  • Fluency in English plus one or more Filipino languages or dialects
  • Strong planning, organisation, and time management skills
