Job Description

We are looking for a Medical Recruiter to join a growing healthcare organization on a Contract basis in Atlanta, Georgia. This position will combine hands-on talent acquisition with process improvement, helping the team attract candidates with experience across healthcare and behavioral health environments. The ideal candidate brings strong sourcing ability, comfort with applicant tracking systems, and the flexibility to manage shifting hiring priorities in a fast-paced setting.

Job Responsibility

  • Lead end-to-end hiring activities for clinical, healthcare, and related support positions, from intake discussions through candidate selection
  • Strengthen applicant tracking system processes by refining workflows, maintaining accurate job information, and improving posting effectiveness
  • Publish and oversee job advertisements across multiple channels and employer brands to expand reach and support steady candidate flow
  • Build talent pipelines by identifying, engaging, and screening prospective candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, and social recruiting platforms
  • Work closely with hiring leaders to clarify staffing priorities, align recruiting strategies, and adjust search plans as business needs evolve
  • Monitor candidate movement throughout the hiring process and provide a responsive, timely, and positive experience for applicants
  • Recommend and implement improvements that increase recruiting efficiency, support automation, and enhance reporting visibility

Requirements

  • Experience in full-cycle recruiting, including sourcing, screening, coordination, and offer-stage support
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems
  • experience with Paycom or a comparable platform is preferred
  • Background recruiting within healthcare or behavioral health settings is strongly preferred
  • Proven ability to source talent using LinkedIn, job boards, and social media channels
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple openings and changing priorities independently
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills for effective collaboration with candidates and hiring teams
  • Experience improving recruiting workflows, job content, or posting strategies is a plus
