Job Description

This is an excellent entry-level legal opportunity for someone organized, professional, and interested in growing within a law firm environment. The role supports a litigation team and focuses heavily on obtaining, organizing, and maintaining medical records for personal injury matters.

Job Responsibility

  • Retrieve and organize medical records from hospitals, doctors’ offices, and other providers
  • Communicate with medical providers and clients regarding records requests and follow-up
  • Review records for completeness and identify gaps in treatment or documentation
  • Maintain and organize digital files and exhibits within the case management system
  • Ensure confidential handling of sensitive medical information
  • Assist with record summaries, chronologies, and billing summaries as needed
  • Work closely with attorneys and paralegals on active litigation matters

Requirements

  • Prior office experience required
  • Ability to work fully onsite
  • Strong organizational skills and professionalism
  • Detail-oriented with strong communication skills
