Are you a detail-oriented multitasker looking to grow in the healthcare field? We’re hiring a Medical Records Associate to join a dedicated and supportive team at a well-established clinic. In this role, you’ll play a crucial part in supporting patient care by managing critical medical documents and assisting healthcare providers and patients.

Job Responsibility

  • Organize and Manage Medical Records: Scanning, uploading, and routing patient documents like labs or imaging
  • Stay Organized in a Fast-Paced Role: Answer incoming calls to respond to requests for medical records and communicate with team members to route requests
  • Be the Link Between Providers and Patients: Sort mail, handle deliveries, and distribute documents across the clinic

Requirements

  • Great attention to detail and ability to stay organized while juggling priorities
  • Enjoy working with computers and learning new systems
  • Friendly communication skills—over the phone, via email, and with co-workers
  • Healthcare or office experience is a plus but not required—we’ll train you!
