Organizing staff work, Arranging and reviewing patients’ files, ensuring completion of work of night shift, preparing departmental KPI, and preparing the annual presentation

Job Responsibility

  • Preparing hospital occupation statistic
  • Receiving patients’ files from floors
  • Ensuring completion of work of night shift (OPD files and any other tasks)
  • Insuring receiving Outpatients’ files and sheets
  • Arranging and reviewing inpatients’ files
  • Preparing the ICD10 on computer
  • Organizing staff work by distributing tasks on clerks and porters
  • Preparing departmental KPI
  • Preparing the Tax schedule for doctors
  • Preparing the annual presentation & the annual statistic (Bed Occupancy, OR Cases, Physicians Performance)

Requirements

Bachelor's degree plus 3 years relevant experience in a recognized Hospital
