Job Description

We are seeking a Medical Record Representative for a fully remote position supporting medical record retrieval operations. This role is ideal for someone who is highly organized, goal-driven, and comfortable managing high-volume outreach while working remotely.

Job Responsibility

  • Contact provider offices, hospitals, and healthcare facilities to schedule medical record retrieval appointments using mail, fax, electronic, and field methods
  • Complete a minimum of 60 outbound calls per day while meeting retrieval performance metrics
  • Document all interactions accurately and maintain strong provider relationships
  • Coordinate scheduling with field retrieval technicians to ensure timely appointments
  • Share assignment details with onshore and offshore teams in the U.S., India, and the Philippines
  • Respond to provider inquiries and research updates as needed
  • Support inbound calls and manage internal and external correspondence
  • Maintain high productivity and meet project deadlines
  • Resolve issues, implement solutions, and escalate unresolved concerns when necessary
  • Follow all project protocols and quality standards
  • Perform special projects and additional duties as assigned
