Robert Half is partnering with this leading healthcare clinic to find a skilled and friendly Medical Receptionist. The ideal candidate will serve as the first point of contact for patients, ensuring a smooth, efficient, and professional experience.
Job Responsibility:
Greet and check in patients, verifying demographics and insurance information
Schedule patient appointments and manage calendar efficiently
Answer high-volume phone lines, respond to patient inquiries, and direct calls as needed
Maintain accurate patient records and update electronic medical records (EMR)
Process patient intake forms, co-pays, and billing information
Coordinate with medical staff to support day-to-day operations
Ensure the front desk area is organized and professional at all times
Requirements:
1–3 years of experience in a medical reception or administrative support role
Familiarity with EMR systems and healthcare office procedures preferred
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Bilingual (Spanish/English) is a plus
