Job Responsibility:

Greeting and assisting patients with a warm smile
Managing appointments and patient records using EMIS
Handling phone inquiries and providing information
Collaborating with healthcare professionals to ensure smooth operations
Maintaining a clean and organised reception area

Requirements:

EMIS experience is essential
Experience working within a GP practise is advantageous
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organisational abilities and attention to detail
