Medical Receptionist

• Be the friendly face of the clinic, responding to patient enquiries with professionalism and care
• Provide high-quality administrative support to ensure smooth patient flow
• Manage clinical diaries and coordinate patient appointments efficiently
• draught and send letters, reports, and correspondence to a high professional standard
• Maintain accurate and confidential patient records at all times
• Collaborate closely with clinicians and administrative colleagues to support patient care

• Previous experience in a Front of House or medical administrative role, preferably in a private healthcare setting
• A warm, professional communication style with the ability to interact confidently with patients and clinicians
• Strong organisational skills and the ability to prioritise tasks effectively in a busy environment
• Knowledge of medical terminology and procedures is beneficial
• Familiarity with digital systems such as Microsoft Office and healthcare software (experience with Semble or similar is a plus)
• A genuine commitment to delivering a seamless, first-class patient experience
