We are seeking a detail-oriented Receptionist to join our team on a contract basis. In this role, you will serve as the first point of contact, creating a welcoming and professional experience while supporting day-to-day administrative operations. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong organizational and communication skills and experience in a front office environment.
Job Responsibility:
Greet visitors and clients in a friendly and professional manner, ensuring a positive first impression
Manage check-in and check-out processes while maintaining accurate records
Schedule and confirm appointments, coordinating as needed with internal team members
Handle incoming calls and respond to inquiries promptly and courteously
Maintain an organized front office, including managing files, paperwork, and supplies
Verify and update information in internal systems to ensure accuracy
Assist in maintaining compliance with company policies and procedures
Provide general administrative support to ensure smooth daily operations
Keep records up to date and ensure data integrity
Requirements:
At least 2 years of experience in a medical front office or receptionist role
Proficiency in patient scheduling and familiarity with basic medical terminology
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Nice to have:
Experience with medical office software or systems is preferred
Knowledge of insurance verification processes is a plus
