Job Responsibility:
Greet patients and visitors warmly, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere at the front desk
Manage patient scheduling efficiently, coordinating appointments and updating records
Perform patient check-in and check-out processes, verifying necessary information and documentation
Handle incoming calls, direct inquiries, and provide accurate information about services
Maintain the accuracy of medical records by entering patient details and updating files as needed
Support medical billing processes and assist with insurance-related tasks
Requirements:
Previous experience in a medical front desk or receptionist role
Familiarity with patient scheduling and medical billing processes
Knowledge of basic medical terminology
Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively
Proficiency in using medical office software and computer systems
Ability to multitask and remain organized in a fast-paced environment
