Job Responsibility:
Greet patients with a warm smile, both in person and over the phone
Handle inquiries, schedule appointments, and confirm bookings with a friendly demeanor
Manage the voicemail inbox and promptly address messages
Assist with managing the clinics inbox
Ensure accurate and up-to-date clinic lists for each consultant
Process incoming referrals efficiently
Prepare and send patient reports and letters while maintaining confidentiality
Handle payments from patients for appointments as needed
Monitor office supplies and place orders when necessary
Occasionally assist with chaperoning patient appointments
Requirements:
Previous experience in a healthcare setting is highly desirable
