Job Description:

We are looking for a ‘Medical Operations Specialist’ for our global client operating in the pharmaceutical industry.

Job Responsibility:

  • Support all internal external congresses and meetings, travel requirements (flight tickets, transfers, accommodation, visas) for the purpose of completing activities and/or delivering services in compliance with established guidelines with working contracted vendors
  • Collaborations with healthcare professionals and healthcare organisations such as grants and donations to HCOs and for activities such as advisory boards, consultancy, chairing and speaking fees as well as support to educational meetings such as travel and accommodation
  • Comply with audit plans
  • accompany to audits or inspectors’ visits, in order to provide necessary documentation
  • Help for necessary administrative corrective actions for the issues that appear from audit reports. (global / local)
  • Prepare all agreements and follow-up their approval process. (honorarium donations, advisory board, consultancy, support letters, 3rd party agreements etc.)
  • Provide compliance and budget approvals in related systems in a timely manner
  • Realizes expenses parallel to planned budget
  • Timely declaration of company sponsored meetings congresses to Ministry of Health on time
  • Timely closure of each submission within 30 days after the activity to Ministry of Health
  • Submit all internal external congresses and meetings, travel requirements. (flight tickets, transfers, accommodation, visas) to Orbit, E-Request etc.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar position (preferably)
  • Experience and skills in effective interaction with external and internal clients, including employees of the organization, senior management, regulatory authorities, consultants, manufacturers and suppliers of goods and services
  • Detail-oriented strong communication skills
