Job Responsibility:

Requirements:

  • Partners directly with physician owners, executive committee, and C-suite leadership to operationalize clinical vision, align infrastructure with practice patterns, and advance physician productivity across all oncology service lines
  • Leads enterprise oncology operations within the HonorHealth aligned environment, ensuring physician services delivered under Professional Services Agreements and clinic operations governed by Medical Services Agreements are operationally optimized, contractually aligned, and fully supported
  • Serves as the primary operational advisor to oncology physicians, providing data-driven guidance on access, capacity management, staffing models, site-of-service strategy, and performance optimization
  • Directs multi-site operational performance across freestanding and hospital outpatient settings, optimizing throughput, infusion chair utilization, radiation scheduling efficiency, and diagnostic coordination
  • Aligns APP deployment, supervision structures, and collaborative practice models with physician direction, PSA obligations, and regulatory requirements
  • Partners with HonorHealth executive leadership to resolve operational barriers, coordinate clinic integration, and drive service line growth across the integrated oncology network
