6 months of experience in an outpatient medical office preferred
Experience in a high‑volume customer service role preferred
Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
Excellent organizational and time‑management skills
Keyboarding skills and comfort using computer systems
Ability to operate standard office equipment
Working knowledge of medical terminology
Familiarity with electronic practice management systems
Experience handling multi‑line or ACD phone systems
