Requirements

High pressure water jetting and CCTV Surveying with experience in commercial drainage beneficial but not essential as full training provided for the right candidate
Excellent problem-solving ability with sound technical knowledge
Have a positive, flexible, can-do attitude

Full UK driving licence
Must live in the West Yorkshire area

Job Responsibility

Carrying out a range of services associated with the cleaning, clearance, repair, and maintenance of our customers’ drains
Operation of High-Pressure Water Jetting Equipment in line with rigorous safety standards
Carrying out surveys
Providing an exceptional standard of customer service and technical expertise
Accurately recording work/job details via a range of bespoke internal/client systems and apps
Communicate effectively with high profile commercial and domestic clients and Metro Rod Support Centre colleagues to ensure excellent customer service is always provided
Being part of an on-call rota to help service our clients 24/7 / 365 days a year. This would be one week in four– variable according to the business needs
