Our team is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Part-Time Medical Office Clerk to support daily operations in a busy medical office. This opportunity is ideal for candidates who possess strong organizational skills and customer service experience in an administrative or healthcare setting. Schedule: Monday – Friday, 11am – 3pm

Job Responsibility:

  • Accurately enter data into office systems and maintain patient records
  • Respond promptly and professionally to emails and phone inquiries
  • Call customers to verify orders and appointment details
  • Enter invoices and assist with basic billing functions
  • Support the office team by handling routine clerical tasks

Requirements:
