Job Description

A highly regarded, top regional law firm is currently looking to expand their Clinical Negligence department with an additional 1-5 year PQE Solicitor. As a Clinical Negligence Solicitor within this team, you will manage your own case-load of Spinal Cord Injury claims that have arisen as a result of Medical Negligence. You will also assist Partners with high value, complex matters and have the opportunity to handle Serious Injury files over time. The firm offers flexible and remote work, exposure to top-quality work, and progression opportunities in an open, inclusive environment.

Job Responsibility

  • Manage your own case-load of Spinal Cord Injury claims that have arisen as a result of Medical Negligence
  • Assist the Partners with high value, complex matters
  • Handle Serious Injury files over time.

Requirements

  • Be a qualified Solicitor/Legal Executive with at least 1 years’ experience in a Medical Negligence role – you do not necessarily need experience in Spinal Injury as training will be provided
  • An interest in Personal Injury
  • Great communication skills and the ability to work as part of a team.
