We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Paralegal to join a respected law firm in Detroit, Michigan. This role focuses on medical malpractice cases, requiring excellent communication abilities, analytical thinking, and a proactive approach to legal support. You will play a key role in managing case procedures, collaborating with clients and expert witnesses, and contributing to trial preparation. Job Responsibility:

  • Manage all aspects of case organization, including tracking key deadlines and maintaining accurate documentation
  • Draft and prepare legal documents such as pleadings, motions, and discovery materials
  • Conduct thorough research to support case development and defense strategies
  • Coordinate with clients and expert witnesses to gather information and ensure smooth communication
