Our Health Professionals team embeds clinical expertise across Alan's integrated model to deliver innovative healthcare services with quality, efficiency, and compelling differentiation. We're scaling Alan's telemedicine offering to become a cornerstone of our integrated model - teleconsultations, medical chat, and AI agents working together to deliver exceptional care. You'll grow and lead our team of 50+ health -professionals - General Practitioners (GPs), medical specialists, nutritionists, midwives, physiotherapists - across multiple telemedicine offerings and geographies. You will define clinical practices that balance excellence with effectiveness for optimal patient experience, embedding value-based healthcare principles throughout. Day to day, you will collaborate with a dedicated Ops team to monitor and drive excellence of those health services.

Requirements

  • Medical degree (GP or relevant specialty), registered with French Medical Council, 5+ years post-qualification experience
  • Fluent English and French
  • Team leadership experience - you've managed medical teams and/or coordinated complex cross-functional projects
  • Corporate healthcare experience (health tech, insurers, digital health) or public health sector outside hospitals
  • Digital health & telemedicine experience (Qare, Livi, Doctolib, etc.) with genuine excitement about AI as an enabler of better care
  • Value-based healthcare experience - you've designed care pathways that balance clinical quality, patient experience, GP engagement, and cost-effectiveness in real-world settings
