Working as a Medical Lab Scientist at our Critical Access Hospital, you'll perform a wide range of technical procedures analyzing blood and various body fluids in order to expedite the physician’s diagnosis and treatment of patients. You'll assist with quality audits in accordance with accrediting agencies. Technical duties will include routine patient testing, complex red cell antibody identification, and preparation of blood components for transfusion. Job Responsibility:

In collaboration with the Medical Laboratory Supervisor, manages the Quality Assurance Program for the department
Develops and maintains a service orientation in performing duties with fellow employees, patients, medical staff and visitors
Has operational responsibility for the clinical/technical aspects of a section of the laboratory
Performs job duties of Medical Technologist
performing a variety of chemical, microscopic, and bacteriologic procedures of a moderately and highly complex nature, following established standards and practices to obtain data for use in diagnosis and treatment of disease
Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree in Medical Technology or related science from an accredited school
Licensed Med Tech in the state of North Dakota
