The primary duties of a Medical Equipment Inventory Handler include a high level of customer service to our patients and clients, in addition to picking up and delivering medical equipment in a hospital environment.
Responsible for both quality and quantity of work: Participate in team activities and problem solving sessions as required.
Communicate problems and/or solutions to appropriate person.
Report any faulty equipment or unusual conditions to the hiring manager.
Must follow processes and procedures as written.
As needed, document and/or chart data to aid in problem identification, quality feedback and production scheduling.
Train, teach and assist other operators in their duties as required to ensure a quality product and smooth flow.
Requirements
You must be at least 18 years of age.
High School diploma or GED required.
Applicants must be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S.
Ability to walk for long periods of time throughout the day.
Being able to push and pull beds (up to 75lbs).
Following hospital standards and protocols while providing excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
