Job Description:

We are looking for a Medical Information Officer to join our team in Poland HQ, supporting Theramex HQ UK Limited. In this role, you’ll act as the first point of contact for medical and scientific enquiries related to Theramex products, engaging with patients, healthcare professionals, and internal/external stakeholders. You will handle a wide range of medical information requests, ensure accurate documentation, triage important cases such as adverse events or product quality complaints, and contribute to developing high‑quality standard responses. This is an excellent opportunity for someone passionate about medical communication, customer service, and women’s health.

Job Responsibility:

  • Handle first‑ and second‑line medical enquiries across all channels (emails, calls, letters)
  • Provide scientifically sound, accurate responses to medical information enquiries
  • Triage and escalate matters such as adverse events (AEs), product quality complaints (PQCs), and complex enquiries
  • Ensure all enquiries and relevant information are accurately logged in the Theramex tracking system
  • Support periodic reconciliation of enquiries, AEs, and PQCs with relevant departments
  • Address non‑medical information enquiries while maintaining excellent customer service
  • Make outbound follow‑up calls to members of the public when required
  • Support the preparation of standard responses and FAQ materials for Theramex products
  • Carry out ad‑hoc duties related to the role

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a scientific discipline (biology, chemistry, pharmacy, or similar)
  • Fluent written and spoken Spanish
  • Fluent written and spoken English
  • Strong customer service skills and excellent communication abilities
  • Strong analytical, listening, and written skills
  • The ability to quickly absorb information and make informed decisions aligned with policies and procedures
  • Good keyboard and administrative skills
  • Experience in a call centre, control room, or customer service environment (preferred but not essential)
