Job Description:

As a Medical Image Annotator (Minijob) at mediaire, you are responsible for the precise annotation of MRI data. This includes marking and classifying relevant anatomical structures and pathologies in accordance with project-specific guidelines, thereby laying the foundation for the development and validation of our AI-based applications.

Job Responsibility:

  • Precise annotation of MRI image data (anatomical structures and pathologies)
  • Current focus areas: neuroradiology, prostate, and musculoskeletal (MSK) imaging
  • Consensus readings in collaboration with other annotators
  • Review and correction of existing annotations
  • Quality assurance through the review and correction of automated annotations
  • Close collaboration with radiologists, data scientists, and our product team

Requirements:

  • Resident physician with at least one year of experience in MRI diagnostics
  • Ideally, experience in reporting MRI examinations of the brain, prostate, and musculoskeletal (MSK) system
  • Strong analytical skills and a keen interest in medical as well as complex technical topics
  • Able to quickly and systematically familiarize yourself with new tasks and tools
  • Fluent in English

Nice to have:

  • Ideally, experience in reporting MRI examinations of the brain, prostate, and musculoskeletal (MSK) system
  • Active contribution to the further development of annotation guidelines and participation in radiological feedback sessions as part of product development
