We are seeking a professional and detail-oriented Medical Front Office Specialist to support daily operations in a fast-paced healthcare setting. This individual will serve as the first point of contact for patients, providing excellent customer service while managing front desk responsibilities, scheduling, and administrative support.

Job Responsibility

  • Greet patients and visitors in a courteous and professional manner
  • Answer and route incoming calls, respond to inquiries, and relay messages promptly

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • At least 2 years of experience in a medical office or front desk healthcare setting preferred
  • Additional experience in a business office environment is preferred
  • Familiarity with electronic medical records and routine front office computer systems
  • Ability to verify insurance information, manage patient check-in, and maintain accurate account details
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced practice
  • Clear communication skills and a detail-oriented, patient-focused approach to service
