Job Responsibility:
Warmly welcoming patients and managing check-in and check-out
Verifying insurance, collecting copays, and ensuring accurate documentation
Scheduling appointments and managing calendars efficiently
Answering and triaging phones as needed
Prioritizing tasks in a busy, fast-moving environment while maintaining accuracy
Interacting with patients in a positive, calm, and reassuring manner
Float to satellite offices to provide coverage for vacations or call-outs
Cross-train in the call center and physician dispatch departments
Serve as a versatile support resource across multiple teams
Requirements:
Prior experience in a medical front office or healthcare administrative role
Strong multitasking and prioritization skills in a high-volume setting
