Job Responsibility:

  • Warmly welcoming patients and managing check-in and check-out
  • Verifying insurance, collecting copays, and ensuring accurate documentation
  • Scheduling appointments and managing calendars efficiently
  • Answering and triaging phones as needed
  • Prioritizing tasks in a busy, fast-moving environment while maintaining accuracy
  • Interacting with patients in a positive, calm, and reassuring manner
  • Float to satellite offices to provide coverage for vacations or call-outs
  • Cross-train in the call center and physician dispatch departments

Requirements:

  • Prior experience in a medical front office or healthcare administrative role
