Job Description:

We are looking for a Medical Front Desk Specialist to join our team in Jupiter, Florida. In this contract position, you will play a vital role in ensuring smooth patient interactions and maintaining an organized front office environment. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented and capable of providing excellent service in a medical setting.

Job Responsibility:

  • Greet patients and visitors warmly, creating a welcoming and detail-oriented front-office atmosphere
  • Manage patient check-in processes, including verifying information and collecting necessary copayments
  • Schedule patient appointments efficiently while coordinating with medical staff to ensure availability
  • Perform receptionist duties, such as answering phone calls, responding to inquiries, and directing calls to appropriate personnel
  • Maintain the organization of the front desk area and ensure all patient records are properly handled
  • Utilize basic medical terminology to assist with administrative tasks and communicate effectively with patients and staff
  • Ensure compliance with office policies and procedures while maintaining a business casual appearance with scrubs

Requirements:
