We are hiring a dependable, professional Medical Front Desk Associate to support a fast‑paced surgical practice. This role is full-time with weekday hours that may fluctuate based on the clinic’s calendar. The ideal candidate is flexible, patient‑focused, and comfortable adapting to daily and weekly schedule changes.
Job Responsibility:
Welcome and check in patients in a warm, professional manner
Manage patient intake, registration, and appointment workflows
Answer, route, and document incoming phone calls
Verify patient information and assist with administrative tasks
Maintain confidentiality and follow HIPAA compliance standards
Provide general support to clinical and surgical teams
Requirements:
Prior medical front desk or healthcare administrative experience preferred
Strong communication and customer service skills
Dependable, punctual, and adaptable to changing daily needs
Comfortable with early start times and variable weekly hours
Ability to multitask and stay calm in a patient-centric clinical environment
