We are hiring a dependable, professional Medical Front Desk Associate to support a fast‑paced surgical practice. This role is full-time with weekday hours that may fluctuate based on the clinic’s calendar. The ideal candidate is flexible, patient‑focused, and comfortable adapting to daily and weekly schedule changes.

Job Responsibility:

  • Welcome and check in patients in a warm, professional manner
  • Manage patient intake, registration, and appointment workflows
  • Answer, route, and document incoming phone calls
  • Verify patient information and assist with administrative tasks
  • Maintain confidentiality and follow HIPAA compliance standards
  • Provide general support to clinical and surgical teams

Requirements:

  • Prior medical front desk or healthcare administrative experience preferred
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
