We are looking for a detail-oriented Medical File Clerk to join our team in Holyoke, Massachusetts. In this Contract-to-permanent role, you will play a critical part in managing patient records and ensuring compliance with healthcare facility policies and accreditation standards. Job Responsibility:

  • Assist in managing health information services, ensuring compliance with accreditation standards and facility policies
  • Implement procedures for documenting, storing, and retrieving patient information, including medical documents and insurance data
  • Process correspondence requests related to patient records promptly and accurately
  • Maintain and update medical records with precision, ensuring documentation meets regulatory requirements
