Job Description:

The successful candidate will join the Aetna Reporting Solutions team, a part of the Medical Economics Unit. As a member of this team, their primary responsibilities will involve developing reports and tools, automation, and providing support for processes. They will also have the opportunity to work on ad hoc projects, assist with tool onboarding, and contribute to miscellaneous projects across Medical Economics. The ideal candidate will possess an analytical mindset and demonstrate a strong eagerness to learn.

Job Responsibility:

Assist in the development, roll out and support of tools and reports for key stakeholders
Develop working relationships with business stakeholders
Work with stakeholders to create ad hoc reports
Participate in process improvement efforts

Requirements:

3+ years of experience in a professional environment working with data analytics
1+ years of Microsoft Excel and SQL
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Computer Science, or another related field OR equivalent experience (4 years’ experience and High School Diploma/GED) required

Nice to have:

Ability to quickly adapt to change as workflows and programs continually evolve
SQL & PL/SQL skills are highly desirable
Knowledge of Oracle, MicroStrategy, VBA, Python, Dataiku, and Google Cloud a plus
Possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Strong process improvement skills/mindset
