Job Responsibility

  • Provide spontaneous consultations for employees (e.g., discomfort, minor injuries, health advice)
  • Quickly assess conditions and refer to appropriate care if necessary
  • Collaborate with the Health and Safety team on risk prevention
  • Work with other internal stakeholders on related cases
  • Document interventions in compliance with legal and internal standards
  • Analyze and manage employees’ medical records while maintaining confidentiality

Requirements

  • You hold a medical degree and a valid license to practice in Quebec
  • You have at least 3 years of relevant experience in the medical field
  • You have excellent skills in rapid clinical assessment
  • You can work independently in a dynamic environment
  • You are a strong team player
  • You can provide a positive experience for employees by demonstrating empathy, discretion, and professionalism
  • You are honest and uphold high ethical standards
  • You are bilingual in English and French (spoken and written)
