Job Responsibility:
Provide spontaneous consultations for employees (e.g., discomfort, minor injuries, health advice)
Quickly assess conditions and refer to appropriate care if necessary
Collaborate with the Health and Safety team on risk prevention
Work with other internal stakeholders on related cases
Document interventions in compliance with legal and internal standards
Analyze and manage employees’ medical records while maintaining confidentiality
Requirements:
You hold a medical degree and a valid license to practice in Quebec
You have at least 3 years of relevant experience in the medical field
You have excellent skills in rapid clinical assessment
You can work independently in a dynamic environment
You are a strong team player
You can provide a positive experience for employees by demonstrating empathy, discretion, and professionalism
You are honest and uphold high ethical standards
You are bilingual in English and French (spoken and written)
